Takealot - Inbound Exceptions (Delivery Problems/Short Delivery) - Reporting Procedure to Follow

Should there be an inbound exception incident - i.e a delivery to Takealot is not fulfilled 100% then the exception is to be reported THE SAME DAY as the exception, or by no later than the following weekday morning,  via e mail to the following on 1 e mail:
